Yes, we ship all over Turkey. International shipping is also available (contact us for details).
No! Do not accept the package if it appears damaged or suspicious. Ask the courier to prepare a report and contact us.

Yes, you can return unused items with tags and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

2. Send the product with PTT Cargo, freight collect (shipping fee will be covered by us)
3. Your payment will be refunded within 10 business days after the product reaches us
Yes, you can exchange it within 14 days. Follow the return procedure, and once the return is approved, order the new product.
For credit card payments, once the refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to your bank. It may take a few days to reflect in your account.
