4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

• The order will be delivered within the legal period of 30 days at the latest.

• Delivery is made via a cargo company.

• The Seller does not accept responsibility if the Buyer is not at the address.

• In case of force majeure (weather conditions, transportation interruptions, etc.), delivery may be delayed.

• In case of impossibility of supply, the Seller will inform the Buyer within 3 days and refund the price within 14 days.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without showing any reason.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

• The withdrawal notification must be made in writing or by e-mail to info@texmart.com.

• The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and complete.

• The return period is 14 days from the date of withdrawal notification.

The Seller will refund the product price within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notification.

6. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

• Custom-made products

• Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

• Opened digital content

• Products with a short shelf life

• Goods and services that cannot be returned according to legislation

7. RETURN AND PAYMENT

• The refund will be made after the returned product is checked.

• The refund will be made using the payment method used.

• The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the bank.

8. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In case of dispute, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction took place are authorized.

9. EFFECTIVENESS

The Buyer is deemed to have accepted this contract by approving it electronically.
